One of the toughest decisions of the year was the cancellation of the South Yorkshire Head. After some unseasonably spring like weather, winter returned with a vengeance and water levels and flow were such that the race committee were left with no choice. Apologies to the many disappointed crews and clubs but safety, as ever, comes first!
