'The smile says it all'
Sarah Bromley proudly displays her hard earned silver medal at the 2018 British Indoor Rowing Championships. Sarah is relatively new to the club and is still fairly new to water based rowing, but has proved her credentials on the Indoor Rowing circuit with a 7 minute and 20 second time over the 2k contest.
A tip from personal trainer and DRC member Matt Gillard that her physique and mental toughness would make rowing the ideal sport led Sarah to the club. She (and we) are hoping that this is the first of many successes both on and off the water for this talented young athlete, who combines her role as a Humberside Firefighter with a tough training schedule.
