It's incredibly important that ALL of our members feel safe, happy, and fully supported at Doncaster Rowing Club. We are deeply committed to fostering an environment where everyone can enjoy rowing to the fullest, free from any concerns.

If you ever have any concerns about your own wellbeing, or that of another member, please do not hesitate to contact me. As your Welfare Officer, I am here to listen confidentially, offer support, and ensure that any reports are dealt with sensitively and effectively. Your trust and safety are our highest priority, and together, we can ensure that Doncaster Rowing Club remains a welcoming and secure place for everyone.
